Utility Irons
How long should the focus of a utility club?
If the length of the shaft to be of a fairway wood, the iron of which it replaces, or something different? I can not find any graphics utility club shaft length. I tend to think there must be that of an iron.
I'm using a hybrid of 19 degrees, which is about 1 inch longer than the 3-iron I used previously. It makes no difference and gives me little more grip to use. I bought a hybrid with a steel shaft [to see how they would carry out] the replacement of my graphite shaft 3. The steel shaft is excellent shots more consistent and now I think accuracy.I should return to the steel in my next set. Taking a step back for greater accuracy.
